Delete your HelloFox account
HelloFox is published by SANY HOLDINGS PTY LTD (ABN 35 669 666 737), Australia. You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time.
Option 1 — in the app (immediate)
- Open HelloFox and sign in with your email.
- Tap Me → Privacy & data deletion.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your account is deleted from our server straight away.
Option 2 — by email (if you can't use the app)
Email us from the address you signed up with. We'll confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.
Email support@hellofox.appSubject: “HelloFox account deletion request”. We'll never ask for your password or bank details.
What gets deleted
- Your account: email address, optional phone number, sign-in sessions and any pending sign-in code.
- Your voice-minute usage records and subscription status held by us.
- Your calorie log, weight entries and calorie settings.
- Your invite code and rewards. In other people's invite records your email is replaced with “[deleted]”.
What we keep, and for how long
- Store transaction IDs for purchases, with your account link removed, so purchases can't be credited twice and refunds can be reconciled.
- Records we must keep by law, such as tax records.
Not affected
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Deleting your account does not cancel billing. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
- Reminders, saved birth date and language settings live only on your phone. Uninstall the app to remove them.
